A deposit equal to the first night's rent is required to hold your dates. We will confirm your reservation via phone or sms once your deposit has been received. The balance cost of the stay is to be made upon arrival.
Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellation.
Refund of cancellation will only be made upon your notification of a minimum period of 30 days.
If it is less than 30 days prior to the rental period, a deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent the property for the same period as per your booking.
